The First Aid at Work (3-Day) course is a fully accredited training programme designed for employees tasked with providing first aid in the workplace. Meeting the requirements of the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981, this course equips delegates with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to respond effectively to workplace emergencies.
Delivered over three days, the programme combines theoretical learning with hands-on practice, including CPR, AED usage, and management of injuries and medical conditions. It is ideal for first aiders, supervisors, team leaders, and any staff responsible for maintaining a safe working environment. Successful completion provides a nationally recognised certificate valid for 3 years.

This First Aid at Work course is suitable for:
| Must be a minimum of 14 years of age. |
| Delegates do need to be physically able to demonstrate CPR techniques & Primary / Secondary Assessments on the floor. |
Day 1 – Unit 1: Foundations and Basic Emergency Response
Day 2 & 3 – Unit 2: Advanced First Aid & Practical Scenarios
