The CITB Directors’ Role in Health & Safety (DRHS) course is a one-day, interactive training programme designed for company directors, board members, and strategic decision-makers. Delivered as part of CITB’s Site Safety Plus suite and recognised by BuildUK, the course equips delegates with the knowledge and practical tools to embed a proactive health and safety culture throughout their organisation.
Participants will explore the legal, moral, and operational responsibilities of directors under current health and safety legislation and learn how to influence culture, strategy, and risk management at a senior level.
