The BESC AME Substation Entry Training Course is designed for individuals who need to safely access, move within, and exit operational substations. Accredited by the Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR), this training is essential for operatives working on UK Power Networks (UKPN) and similar sites requiring substation access.
This course provides preparatory instruction alongside an assessment to ensure delegates demonstrate competence in line with BESC AME standards.
Please note: This course is not the National Grid PERSON Substations course. Many enquiries for BESC are actually intended for the National Grid PERSON Substations (previously called NG Person and BESC AME Subs). If you are unsure which course is required, please contact us to confirm.
