The City & Guilds (6160-01) Level 2 Low Risk Confined Space Course is a one-day practical course designed for individuals who work in environments considered low-risk confined spaces; areas with easy access and minimal hazards such as limited risk of flooding, gas, or hazardous atmospheres.
Delivered by experienced and qualified instructors, the course is conducted at our purpose-built confined space training facility at our training centre in Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, providing a safe and controlled environment to practice essential skills.
Delegates gain a thorough understanding of the legal, procedural, and safety requirements for working in or entering confined spaces. The programme covers safe entry and exit, risk assessment, emergency preparedness, and effective communication on site.
By completing the course, participants will be confident in applying safe working procedures for low risk confined spaces, protecting both themselves and colleagues. The qualification is nationally recognised and equips workers with the competence needed to operate safely in these environments.
