Course Overview

The City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development (6318-03) is a nationally recognised qualification for people who design, deliver and evaluate workplace training. It is ideal for experienced site operatives, supervisors and technical specialists moving into a trainer role, as well as for trainers, coaches and L&D practitioners who want to formalise their skills.

The Certificate is a 30-credit qualification made up of three mandatory units and a choice of optional units, so the programme can match each delegate’s role. Learning combines taught sessions with practical delivery in your own workplace, where you plan and run real sessions with real learners and build a portfolio of evidence.

Delivered by experienced Pragmatic trainers and assessors, the course draws on our day-to-day work training the utilities and construction workforce. You will learn practical, proven ways to help people learn, whether that is in a classroom, on site or one to one.
