The Thames Water Passport Training is a mandatory half-day course designed to ensure that everyone working on or for Thames Water sites understands the hazards, risks, and safety protocols essential for maintaining our commitment to ‘Zero Incidents, Zero Harm, Zero Compromise.’ This training provides consistent safety information, equipping participants with the knowledge to work confidently and responsibly in any Thames Water environment.
Completion of the course grants the Thames Water Passport, issued as a Virtual Card valid for three years. Attendees will engage in interactive exercises to deepen their understanding of risk management, leadership in safety, and effective communication. Pre-registration and relevant certifications, such as a CSCS card and EUSR qualifications, may be required depending on the nature of the work.
