Getting Your EUSR CSCS Card: What Happens Next?

Once you’ve completed your training:

• We handle your EUSR registration
• You’ll receive a virtual card (typically within 72 hours) via the Vircarda app
• Your physical card arrives within around 14 working days

This means you can prove your competence quickly and avoid delays on site.

Keeping Your EUSR CSCS Card Valid

Renewals

Most SHEA registrations last 3 years (SHEA Gas lasts 5 years).

Renewing before expiry helps you avoid retaking the full course.

Conversions

If you move between sectors (e.g. Gas to Water), you can complete a short SHEA conversion course (typically 2–3 hours).

This is particularly useful for organisations working across multiple utilities (e.g. MURS).
