NG NSI2 Limited inc Practical Application of Drain Earths

Prerequisites

In order to be eligible for National Grid NSI2 Limited inc Practical Application of Drain Earths, you will need to hold

• An NG Competent Person Substation  and
• Evidence of two occasions in the application and removal of Drain Earth(s) under Personal Supervision of an NSI 2 authorised Competent Person within last 12 months OR NSI 2 Practical Course delivered by the Academy.  (This course is the practical).

If you have previously held NSI 2 Limited within the last 2 years, then you can book the NSI2 Limited Renewal.

There is no pre-course reading required as such, however, it is strongly advised that you are familiar with read NSI 2 Rules & Guidance prior to training (see below in useful docs).

This National Grid training and assessment is only available at the following locations:-

• Eakring, Nottinghamshire 
• This is a one-day course with a minimum of 4 delegates required for a course to run (max of 6).

Please note this course is generally not offered as an open scheduled course.  You will usually need 4 delegates for a course to be set up.  If you have less than 4 delagets please contact us as we can try to put groups of contractors together to make a viable course.
