Hours and Location of Work:

• Mon to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 with 1 hour lunch
• Office base is Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire
• Possible Flexible hybrid working pattern (2 to 3 days at Stoneleigh)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with assigned customers and suppliers, addressing enquiries promptly and effectively to surpass service expectations. 

Responsibilities

• Uphold our company values in all customer communications, serving as a brand ambassador.
• Utilise internal CRM systems to document customer interactions and generate quotes, following team processes, executing consistency in account management and following up on leads.
• Convert opportunities into bookings via phone and email as a point of contact for maximizing sales opportunities.
• Processing bookings and following booking processes as required.
• Make daily outbound calls to drive sales growth, solidify relationships with existing clients and develop new business relationships, while understanding customers' needs and identifying new opportunities in offering a personalised service.
• Responding efficiently and effectively to emails, supporting with enquiries, ensuring responses are sent within 2-hours of receipt.
• To develop existing customers by upselling.
• Ensuring communication with Accounts & Training Manager regarding any issues, or concerns.
   

Skills, Experience & Aptitude

• Strong work ethic, energy and enthusiasm a must.
• Accurate administration skills and a good eye for detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates resilience to pressure and the challenge this brings whilst adapting to critical work demands with flexibility.
• Proactive desire to self-develop in skills relevant to the requirements of the role and wider business.
• Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and organisational skills.
• Fully competent in Microsoft Office particularly, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Be a team player, help the wider team and able to work well on own initiative.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Experience required:

Mandatory

Experience working in a busy office.

Desirable

Previous experience working within an external training company would be advantageous.
Minimum 2 Years account managment experience

Interview Information

First stage screening interviews will take place over telephone for approximately twenty minutes.  With a view to progress successful candidates to a face-to-face interview at our Stoneleigh Park Training Centre whereby you will be asked a set of competency-based questions and practical, followed by a Final Stage Interview and get to know the team.
