Duties & Responsibilities
To continuously build on customer and supplier relationships dealing with enquiries efficiently and effectively to ensure our customer service exceeds expectations.
To ensure any customer communication promotes our values acting as an ambassador for the company.
To complete and use the internal systems to record customer contact, inputting of quotes.
Conversion of quotations into bookings via phone and email.
To enhance the relationship with key customers to maximise orders.
To collaborate with other departments to work towards results and solutions.
Act as a point of contact for sales enquiries and client requests relating to training.
Skills & Aptitudes
Ability to learn and work with internal CRM systems.
Demonstrates resilience to pressure and the challenge this brings whilst adapting to critical work demands with flexibility.
Proactive desire to self-develop in skills relevant to the requirements of the role and wider business.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and organisational skills.
Fully competent in Microsoft Office particularly, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Be a team player, help the wider team and able to work well on own initiative.
Excellent customer service skills.
Accurate administration skills and a good eye for detail.
Strong work ethic, energy, and enthusiasm a must.
Experience working in a busy office.
Previous experience working within an external training company would be advantageous.
Competitive Salary: £24,000.00 - £28,000.00 per year.
23 days holiday plus bank holidays on commencement; this increases to a maximum of 30 days with length of service.
